 When I first got my macbook, I fell in love with it from the get go. I loved how you could have such a powerful computer and it be completely portable. But oh how I was wrong.. Hah, jk.. It is a great computer, but sometimes I do need some extra screen realestate.
My first solution was buying a mini dvi to vga adapter and using an old 17 inch Samsung monitor. Which all in all, is great for some people, but I needed more! Too many times have I been watching a dvd on one screen, and been left with only one to use dreamweaver, photoshop and parallels on the other. But not anymore thanks to Matrox’s DualHead2Go.

 You are on that once-in-a lifetime trip to Paris, and you shoot dozens of pictures; your son just finished a 200-photo project for a term paper; you find Bigfoot rummaging through your trashcans, and you take that perfect photo. The bad news is all these irreplaceable files are on a thumb drive, hard drive or SD card, and guess what? You just hit delete. Now What?

 MacCase has been in the business of making Apple-specific laptop cases since 1998. The California based company offers a variety of cases including hard cases, slings, and messenger bags. In all, there are 7 types of cases and most are available in several sizes and colors. The company specializes in matching its product design to the Apple laptops they are made to carry. I took their messenger bag for a spin and found it to be attractive, versatile, and well constructed.
