Just leave it up to our good ole friends over at iFixit to disassemble the new iPod Touch. We really appreciate all their hardwork in outlining these take apart guides. It makes modding one step easier. As for the guts of the Touch, iFixit is touting the following.
• The new iPod's battery is 81% of the volume of the iPhone.
• The iPod Touch has a Wolfson audio chip.
• The multi-touch display uses glass, just like the iPhone.

The guys over at appletvhacks.net have finally figured out how to patch the USB package on the Apple TV to support external hard drives. This is truly great news since the largest drive you can get on the Apple TV is currently limited at 160GB, not quite enough storage for the heavy movie buff.
It will require a few hacks to your Apple TV, but its worth it in my opinion if you are suffering from lack of storage. So, surf on over to the appletvhacks site and patch that sucker.

Now that the iPhone has been hacked pretty wide open from the good ole guys at the iPhone Dev Wiki, the goodies are starting to flow in like the chocolate in Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory. One of the latest from the Chocolate Factory is the ability to tether your iPhone to your laptop in order to take advantage of EDGE. This does require that you setup a SOCKS server on the iphone and tether over an adhoc wifi network, but hey, its a start... If you are game to give this a rip, we would love to hear your feedback.

It never fails, especially with the TiBooks, that you end up losing one of the rubber feet that came with your mac. As I am sure you are aware by now, if you have a TiBook, there are plenty of companies that offer replacement feet for your installation pleasure. However, what good would we be if we didn't show you how to do it yourself. Check out this mod guide on making and installing your very own new kicks.
