PWN your Mac with a cell phone

icon-power-button.gifThis is a simple "how to" but it is a good example of what's possible.  This is as simple as setting up a rule on your Mac's Mail account (inaccurately named iMail in this tutorial) and telling it to run an AppleScript when that rule is fulfilled.

The AppleScript is supplied at the website, but you could also write it easily enough yourself.  But you don't have to stop there.  You could make your own app using Automator or write your own shell script to run as well.  You also don't need it to be a cellular, you could setup the rule to have a specific subject or from a specific account or any other combination.

yea, if you like having your iphone crash on the regular... I have tried hacking the iphone. The stability just isn't there, and I need it for business, so, thats not really a viable option...
