OS X on a stick

other-efix-usb1.jpgIf cracking OS X wasn't easy enough as it is, you now have EFiX to make it even easier.  The EFiX USB-1 device allows you to install OS X on a standard PC straight from the Apple install discs.  The device is in pre-release now, and no word on who will be distributing it either.  There are also some empty pages on the site that point to them releasing a full-system (like Psystar) and a PCI version.

The EFiX device would update itself with the latest firmwares available, so you would be able to use the standard Apple updates after the firmware has been updated.  No prices on the website yet, but if you wanted to move a PC you have to the Mac, this would be a simple solution.

These guys have a greater potential for damage to Apple than Pystar. Expect Apple to shut them down soon as well.
