 While some people think that airbrushing a case isn't modding it, after watching this video I would have to disagree. Dirt Designs Graphics generally does airbrush painting for motorcycles, but took on the job of airbrushing a Guitar Hero controller. While it does not say how long it took him to airbrush the Optimus Prime (in automobile mode), you can see that it isn't a quick job.
This video shows the detail and craftsmanship that goes into a good paint job. Somewhat inspirational if you are getting ready to do a paint job on your own mod.
