 6100 - Mini-ATX Mod

Materials&Tools:
-6100 case
-Black paint-tin
-Dremel & it's accesories
-VIA ePIA Mini ATX
-Seagate ATA HD
-DVD RW black
-512mb RAM kingston
-Black keboard&mouse

In this mod i use an old and "obsolete" case of PowerMac 6100.

Putting in an pc hardware;

peviously modding the inside of the case and painting in black-matt the case, these are the steps:

This Case is an a perfect format for use mini atx power suply, the original power supplie its most similar, only the depth measure isn't equal,

only need reduce the rear panel with the dremel

the conector panel of the epia mainboard requires to cut the rear panel of the case and fit it

the usb&firewire connectors fits perfectly in the older connection space.

mount the mainboard its easy too, only four holes and... fix!

these are the results of the painting..

and fix the logo of the via epia in the front case

and the assembly  is the last step

sorry about the bad photos. I took it with very bad camera 2mpx & pathetic lens... xD

This mod it's a present for my father, and he took it with him at weekend's home, and that's the reason because i can't make more photos.
