NetFlix & Hulu Streaming through Front Row
Written by Chris Tangora
Macintosh Home Theatre buffs will be happy about this one. A simple Front Row plug-in that will let you watch your instant que on NetFlix or shows on Hulu. Introducing Understudy from Google Code. Understudy is a stable application, but is still in development. There are a few bugs, but those are documented on the Google site.
The nicest part is that the code is from Google, so you know it will continue to be developed and refined. That is, unless Apple decides to introduce this functionality in the next Apple TV & Front Row.
Thanks to Tom M. for spotting this one.
And thanks to Tom H. for pointing out that it is NOT part of Google, rather just hosted by Google.
UPDATE, March 6th, 2009:
Understudy has been updated to version 0.6.3 yesterday, which fixes the issue some users were having with the service not working.
You went so far as to say "The nicest part is that the code is from Google, so you know it will continue to be developed and refined."
What does having a home page at code.google.com have to do with that? Anyone can set up a project there, and it doesn't imply any connection to Google as far as long-term development and support go.

Seems like there might be an issue. I'd report it and wait a few days to see if a new update is made available.
